Your appointments are very important to us here at Beautilash, and they are reserved especially for you. If you must cancel or reschedule, we respectfully request a 24 hour notice for all appointments. Same-day cancellation and no-shows will be charged 50% of the service booked. We understand that sometimes it will be impossible to give such notice due to circumstances outside of our control, and we are happy to make exceptions if needed. However, frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows will be charged a cancellation fee in order to book future appointments. No refunds will issued for any service or cancelation fee under any circumstances. Please contact me directly if you have any question. We appreciate your time and understanding.
